CA Abhinandan Rai (ACA, B. Com) Managing Partner
Abhinandan Rai, enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2019 and more than 5 years’ experience post qualification in Finance, Audit and Taxation. He has excellent work experience in accounting services, audit & assurance, direct taxes and Indirect taxes specially Goods & Services Tax.
He has good understanding of human nature, high-level patience, good public relations skills, perfect team player, a self-motivator and initiator. With his dedication towards work and strong adaptability, he has been hand holding many companies/customers from, erstwhile VAT and Service Tax, to till date in GST regime.

- Working in the core areas of GST;
- Corporate Taxation;
- Assisting corporates in Domestic and International Transfer Pricing (TP);
- ROC Compliance related matters;
- Extensive experience in conducting the Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Systems Audits;
- In depth knowledge of Banking Sectors, Social Service Sector and Concurrent Audits;
- Understanding of complexities of Accounting Issues and Audit processes with a penchant for ensuring timely and appropriate delivery.
CA Poornima Sharma (ACA, B. Com)
Poornima Sharma, enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2012. She has more than 12 years of experience in assisting clients with Direct and Indirect tax advisory and compliance services, financial advisory, assurance and secretarial compliances.
Professional experience:
- General accounting, monthly and annual closings;
- Compliance services under various tax and corporate laws;
- Assisting corporates in Domestic and International Transfer Pricing (TP);
- Bank audits, system audits and SOP preparation;
- Financial accounting, MIS reporting and treasury functions;
- Experience in the audit of multinational companies, manufacturing entities, consultancy/ service industry entities;
- Direct Tax compliances including TDS, Advance Tax;

Dipendra Kumar Baranwal
Dipendra Kumar Baranwal is a M.Com. post graduate and pursuing Chartered Accountancy course (CA Final) from ICAI. He has a good knowledge and experience of accounting, auditing and taxation matters. He has a vast experience of more than 15 years in this field.

Mamta Rai
Mamta is a M.Com. post graduate from DDU University, Gorakhpur in 2015 and pursuing Company Secretary course from ICSI. She has a good knowledge of accounting, taxation and secretarial works. She has also experience of other professional firms.

Dinesh Dhoundiyal
Dinesh Dhoundiyal is a M.Com. post graduate. He has a vast experience of more than 25 years in the the field of accounting and taxation matters. He has developed the practice for indirect taxes like VAT, Excise & Service Tax and currently exploring the area of GST.

- Registration, Appeal and procedural work under Labour Law;
