MCA Update: Permanent Relaxation for conducting Board Meetings through Video Conferencing

MCA has granted relaxation for conducting Board Meeting through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means instead of physical meeting for the following agenda items:

- The approval of the annual financial statements;

- The approval of the Board’s report;

- The approval of the prospectus;

- The Audit Committee Meetings for consideration of financial statement;

- The approval of the matter relating to amalgamation, merger, demerger, acquisition and takeover.

​Earlier MCA has provided this relaxation till 30^th June 2021 amid Covid-19. Now, the restriction of physical Board Meeting is permanently deleted throught Notification dated 15.06.2021.
